Bad Honey – ‘Weak When You’re Near’

South London duo Bad Honey return with their first output of 2019 'Weak When You're Around'.

Floating rhodes keys, swirling synths and crisp drums pave the way for an earnest narrative around the reality of love and how it isn't all 'rainbows and butterflies'.

The capricious subject matter is reflected in the shifting mood of the track, with darker sections of reflection eventually giving into the positivity and acceptance that radiates from the chorus.

If you're a fan you can catch Bad Honey headlining Servant Jazz Quarters on March 12th, grab your tickets here.
